Operate (SLA)

SLA tiers

Two operational tiers covering most enterprise needs. Custom Enterprise+ arrangements are available for regulated industries or 24×7 critical paths — contact us to scope one.

Pro

10–14% p.a.

For production deployments with predictable change cycles.

  • Business hours (09:00–18:00 HKT, Mon–Fri), P1 response within 4 hours
  • Monthly model health check & quarterly retraining
  • Standard version upgrades and security patches
  • Dedicated PM, shared engineering pool

Enterprise

15–20% p.a.

For mission-critical paths and regulated environments.

  • Extended hours (07:00–22:00 HKT, 7 days), P1 response within 1 hour
  • Continuous monitoring, on-demand retraining
  • Custom version branches, audit-ready change logs
  • Named engineering lead, quarterly executive review

Percentages are calculated on annual contract value (Phase 02 deployment value). Hardware refresh and incremental scope are quoted separately.

Payment modes

One-time

Pilot / Hardware

Pilot fee, dev kits and hardware SKUs are billed once. Payment milestones follow project kickoff and acceptance.

Subscription

SaaS / SLA

SaaS products and Operate-phase SLAs are billed annually (or quarterly on Enterprise). Auto-renewal opt-in.

Hybrid

Production projects

Production deployments split into a one-time delivery fee plus an ongoing SLA subscription. The most common pattern for enterprise AIoT and vision AI projects.

APAC settlement currencies

Invoices are issued from Hong Kong by default. We settle in five major APAC currencies via our Bank of China (Hong Kong) multi-currency corporate account — CNY is received as offshore RMB (CNH). FX rates use the prior business day's mid-rate published by HKMA, or a contracted rate for multi-year deals.
